Initial telephone enquiry very helpful member of staff.
Delivery took 4 attempts! Most annoyingly, when I tried to change the delivery arrangements I was told that parcel could be left by back door at my own risk. Came home to find note of non-delivery because the 3D Sports won't allow delivery without a signature. If I had been made aware of this I would have made different arrangements.
