I was a bit disappointed that I had received the wrong item; I had to take two days off to make sure that I was able to meet the collection delivery man after missing him on the the first day by almost 10 minutes. Thought to be fair the companies response was quick and efficient, I just was a bit disappointed with the failure to deliver on the first go & having to give another two days to make sure the wrong item was returned.
