This is the second time I have used 3D Autokeys and both times I have been very happy. I should point out the last time was in 2016, but they key they cut is sill going strong. This time was a spare key (inc remote) for a newly purchased car. Initial contact was good, as was the follow up call and check before the technician arrived. The technicain (Ashley) was great, cut the key, did a demo to prove it worked and was brilliant. Cannot say more than would 100% recommend.
