Excellent customer service and provided with a remote key as requested. However, I soon realised that the range of the auto aspect was pretty limited, and likewise the functionality is sporadic to say the least, which is frustrating.
They are coming again I'm Monday to, hopefully resolve the issues, but that again means that I have to be all day since even an approximate time is not forthcoming. Again, frustrating.
