I came to Sherwood park last week for a new key for my Peugeot 307 xx. I had to have a day off work as you could not get to my home address unfortunately you were unable to complete the work as you say you needed a security pin code. You arranged to come to my address later but I got a phone call to say the pin code hasn't come through yet can we come to your work place tomorrow between 9.30 and 11.30 but yet again no one turned up. At 4pm I got a call to say you have managed to get the pin code and would be at my address 28 Anson Walk in half an hour. You finally turned up but the locksmith who came out was designated the wrong key. I give him credit where credits due he was very professional and apologetic and eventually managed to programme the key. My honest opinion is that when I gave you my registration you should have had those pin numbers ready for when I turned up. Regards Steven Cox
