I have been to 3D this week and think that how the work was completed was very swift, they were meant to look at what the problem was with my original keys, but it seemed they just got a new key and charged me for it. Within the building itself was a hostile environment, coffee was available from a machine, however, there are no instructions on how to use it, and there were no coffee pouches out just a hidden drawer. They have managed to sort out the problem with the new key, however, I would make sure that you are very clear about what you want and keep re-iterating this upon arrival or you may just get a new key issued to you. Overall though they did sort it and so I now have it working very well and am pleased with the overall outcome.
