When arranging the routine annual maintenance the time frame for your appointment is 8am-6pm and they refuse to give you any further advice on arrival time and will not even narrow it down to for instance a morning or afternoon time band even on the day of the appointment
This approach is very inconsiderate. I use them for my property portfolio and thinking of switching as not very customer-orientated.
