Debbie McBride was exceptional in going out of her way to try and do everything possible to enable our company to renew our Fleet Insurance. She was extremely professional, patient, kind, considerate, empathic and above all a lovely lady to deal with. I do hope the company appreciate just what an excellent communicator they have working for them. Unfortunately after a lot of hard work put in by Debbie, numerous emails and phone calls between us, 1st Choice the company couldn't match or beat the price we had been quoted from elsewhere. This will not cloud my opinion of 1st Choice, I only hope that we can use them in the future.
