I have just spent an extremely frustrating 60 minutes waiting to get through to yourselves. It was like playing a giant snakes and ladders game where the snakes were on nearly every square! I was told on at least 27 occasions I was first in line only to then be told I was number 6/8 in the queue. I even got as far as the phone ringing three times to again be told I was back down the queue. My phone then ran out of battery. I also tried live conversation but that has been no better. I only wanted to see if I could add my daughter onto my car insurance as we are going a way for a few days tomorrow and wanted to include her on the insurance. Since you finish at 5pm that is now highly unlikely. You may have an average 4.8 out of 5 from customers but your communication system is far from adequate!
