1st Call? First Class more like!! I was recommended to !st Call by the main Ford dealer in Sittingbourne, SMC and am so glad I was. I dealt with the Manager, Grant who could not have been more helpful. He explained the procedure clearly and the quote for a replacement windscreen on my Ford Kuga was better than expected. The bonding on the screen was breaking down causing it to leak, so I had the option of a re-bonding to the existing screen or a replacement but as the heating elements were shot I decided on a replacement. I was kept fully updated by Grant once the old screen was removed and the job was completed in one day, despite an issue over the first replacement screen. (not their fault) Not only was their customer service outstanding (they even brought me home after I left the car with them and delivered my car back to me on completion!) but all the guys I met there were so friendly, Grant, Jack who did the work, Jake who was my taxi service, Kieran and their boss David, who delivered my car back to me. I can honestly say it's not often these days to get such top quality service. Don't hesitate, go to !st Call, they really are first class.
