Spent £30 on flowers that never arrived. Flowers 123 claimed I had given them an incomplete address, I hadn’t.Refused to resend or refund & offered an insulting £15 voucher code for more flowers. No contact was made re a problem with my delivery address they just took the money knowing the flowers weren’t delivered. 123 Flowers have a problem with their courier company but choose to blame the customer!! Would never use again & definitely wouldn’t recommend.
