Excellent service and the car was new. We selected a small car and was given a Ford Fiesta which was very economical and suited our needs exactly. Beware if you are travelling from America or Canada as the roads in the UK are very narrow and especially within the London area with cars parked each side of the road, requires extreem caution when passing. Parking spaces are also very narrow so we took extra care when parking to reduce the chance of damage to the hire car as it could be costly!
