“We have purchased toner cartridges for our very old HP printer from 999inks for many years. Their service has always been good and delivery predictable. We ordered another toner cartridge a week or so ago after 3pm on a Friday afternoon. Because it was the end of the week we therefore expected the cartridge to be delivered early in the following week. However much to our surprise the toner cartridge was delivered the next day (a Saturday) even though we had not requested an expedited delivery. Not only did 999inks meet our expectations but they exceeded them!”

“Not happy that you taken full payment and not delivered all the order, just added to invoice "To follow" with no indication as when. Still waiting for outstanding products which you have taken payment for. Unprofessonial practice in my mind. Will think twice before usuing your services again”
