I initially looked at the Blinds Direct website but when I went to order them I made a mistake and ordered it through Blinds Direct Online. After reading the reviews I was sure they'd be awful but thankfully I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with the blinds I ordered. Furthermore there is a very nice helpful member of their staff called James and he was excellent in sorting out a small problem I had. Thank you James.
