Not only are the pieces made beautifully but the customer service is the best I have experienced 😊 I would just like to say a big thank you to Tom and the entire team for being so incredibly kind to me when I ordered the personalized bracelet with DAD written on it after my dad passed away recently suddenly. I ordered the wrong bracelet and they so very kindly exchanged it and made me the one I wanted without any additional charges ❤️. They were also super kind when they knew the reason for me buying the bracelet they sent me flowers which is just above and beyond and so very kind of them. I have a few pieces from here and love them all and I will defiantly be purchasing again already have my eye on some of the new pieces 🥰
