Amazing service - I am based in the US but needed a document delivered across London. Only about a 15 minute drive but it would have inconvenienced either party to arrange delivery / collection. I communicated with Pony Sameday over email and got fast replies despite it being past midnight their time. I was only able to provide instructions via email, and it was complicated because I wasn't sure when the document would be ready for delivery. When I checked my email the next day, I was astonished to find that not only had there been no friction, but my document had already been collected and delivered. Pony Sameday were able to navigate everything without any further input. Really a great experience and made my week.
