We booked our two Jack Russell Terriers, Pip and Huey into Jaycliffe but, unfortunately, Huey passed away prior to us going away. We were very unsure how Pip would settle without him but we had no need to be concerned. We messaged a number of times and were reassured that she was fine. Pip can be very fearful around strangers so the fact that she had allowed them to bath her prior to us collecting her showed us that she was relaxed in their care. We are in the process of organising another holiday and booking Pip into Jaycliffe again is first on my list of things to do.
