This program is basically scripts for you to do sessions with clients. You work with other students to practice these scripts. You don’t learn much of anything. There isn’t much focus on nutrition or wellness. They basically teach you about obvious stuff you should be doing to get healthy such as get sleep and exercise. They don’t really teach you how to develop a business or how to start a health coach business. This certification wasn’t worth the money especially if you want to become a health coach and have a successful business. Very disappointed with the lack of information, the modules and this overall program.
