I was not told that there would be £120 cancellation fee. I tried to contact carpet Bright the day before the clean was due as the flat I was due to move to fell through, but could not get through on the phone! I sent an email but nobody got back to me! On the day of the clean I got a call to say the man was running early so could do the clean. I said I contacted to cancel but nobody picked up my call or email. I’ve now been told after eventually being contacted, despite many attempts to contact them myself that my emails went into spam and I would only get £30 back out of £150. I will never use this company again.
