I placed an ordered on 6th Nov for a jacket for my brother's birthday. Unfortunately the jacket arrived with a whole in it which was very disappointing. I needed the jacket asap so i reordered the jacket and arranged to return the damaged one. Their returns policy is appalling for damaged goods. You have to first contact them in advance and send them a picture of the damage goods, then wait for them to confirm they are happy to accept it back before paying to return it. You also only have 14days to return the goods. After sending them an email with the necessary requirements I found out it takes 2 working days to get a response. After not receiving a response for 3 working days I realised I was approaching their 14 day cut off so I contacted them again and posted the goods back. I finally received an unfriendly and blunt reply to say the item will be reviewed within 30 days (!) so I should wait. After 30 days passed I still did not hear anything back so I emailed them again asking for an update. Again i have not got a response nor my refund. I sent a follow up email and still have not got a reply. I am fed up with the lack of communication from this company and will never use them again. It has been over 2 months since I returned the £65 jacket and I still have not received any email communication about my return or refund from them. I will be sending one more email then contacting the ASA if I do not hear back. Avoid this company!!

Purchased track pants on 22 December as last minute gift on next day delivery, track top arrived next day which was not needed as I had already purchased that. Contacted LOST ROCKSTAR by email straight away and they advised that as soon as I had proof of return they would send out the correct item as it was their error. I sent the proof of purchase picture almost a week ago and not only have they ignored this email, they ignored a second one I sent two days later, even though both emails were acknowledged. As I was getting no where I decided to contact PayPal and I found a personal employer/owner email and mobile number on the order so thought I would give that a try, no answer on mobile, tried once, but did get almost instant response from the email basically telling me to direct my query to the company email address, which I advised I had tried without success, I was basically told that even though this is the email address that accepted my payment tough luck and then they stopped acknowledging my responses, I have all emails to prove this. Getting more anxious I tried my Facebook still trying to do this discreetly I PM them and was again told more or less suck it up we are busy with Christmas returns BE PATIENT ! Then they blocked me so I couldn’t reply ! The issue with this is, I have been patient, I have been fair as I advised I didn’t want to go through PayPal or leave a bad review I just wanted it sorting, plus if someone was to place an order today for next day delivery they would get their item tomorrow so why a, I still waiting ? I am out of pocket for the return postage also ignoring a customer and fobbing them off is totally unacceptable. Customer beware, great delivery service, until you have a problem and to me that’s the measure of a good business how they rectify issues and prioritise existing customers over making new transactions and money

If only it was possible to put 0 stars. I have honestly never received such a poor service. I ordered a pair of jeans on the 24th of November. After about a week or so they still hadn’t arrived so I contacted lost rockstar asking if my order had got lost as it hadn’t arrived. I received an email saying your jeans are out of stock, no apology just that I would receive a refund. I received no phone call or email to notify me that this was the case. I was obviously very annoyed. I asked when the refund would be sent and was told 30 working days which is just ridiculous. I received further emails in capital letters trying to pin the blame on myself for their poor service, again still no apology. I emailed asking when the 30 days was from receiving a reply saying 30 days from when to item is received in the warehouse. How can I return an item I never received? I have sent further emails the last one being replied to last Monday asking when the 30 days is from which have just been ignored. Honestly if you have any sense please don’t waste your money on these cow boys. I’ll be very surprised if my refund ever arrives.

Returned my jeans over 6 months ago and still havent been refunded! They have stopped replying to all my emails! £50 stolen! Beware! And i can guarntee they wont reply to this review but will to everyone elses because they know they havent got a clue how to go about this now! Want my refund!! Great way to create brand image im sure this company will last years! Ha

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY! Refused my refund! After email saying they have recieved my returns! Been waiting since march! Have proof of returns through post office (tracking number) been reported to trading standards

Such a bad company! I have been waiting around since march to get a refund for my jeans! Ive sent them over 20 emails! Have tracking proof! And emails stating that they have got my return! Reported to trading standards!
