“I bought three Biochef ovens in October and November 2023 , the ovens are great however my son's oven crystal display started to malfunction. Although it didn't affect its working it made it somewhat of an irritant for him. I contacted customer service on his behalf, as I was the purchaser. I was asked to send pictures, which I did. After two separate people and no further response, I'm left with "We will submit it to our engineers". I am disappointed, to say the least. It looks like a case that he will just have to live with it. It's a shame I didn't buy it via Amazon. Maybe just maybe I will get some feedback via a response in early 2024.”
