“Given 1 star as the item came with an eu plug instead of uk. Was informed by customer service they usually change to uk before they dispatch to customers. Seemed mine got missed. Had the option of changing it myself or return for change. So I returned and is waiting for it to come back. They responded promptly to my emails so that is a plus for customer service.”

“Fantastic sale price. We chose this one due to the metal shelves as we didn’t want the plastic cheaper versions. Currently dried lots of different fruits, beef jerky and even some salmon and they taste awesome.”
