Like water and too sweet. Please go back to old supplier as there was nothing wrong with the triple menthol back then. I have found a new supplier of menthol, but much prefer your older version.

A Total rip off, bottles only half full, looks like water now, with no Triple menthol liquid in it,

I have only ever bought VIP triple menthol oil and have always been a loyal customer, however since you changed to the new clear oil I’m questioning whether I can still stay loyal to your brand. It tastes awful, I have to constantly refill my tank, so much so that I thought there was a leak. It’s difficult to squeeze the product from the bottle. I’m just a really unhappy customer and I will now have to stop recommending your brand and look for an alternative brand.

I have been a customer for years, I do not like the flavour or packaging of this product. Difficult to squeeze and the taste burns the back of my throat. I will have to shop elsewhere , until I find a satisfactory replacement. Why did you change this product

I recently noticed that I have needed to order liquids more frequently although I am not vaping more than usual. Following inspection of my last delivery I noticed that the bottles containing the liquids appeared to be only half full which explained the need to order more than usual. The contents is now only enough to refill twice. I hope you will be looking into this? For the above reason I cannot recommend this product until this issue has been rectified.

The last couple of orders I thought the flavour had changed but put it down to a dodgy batch or my ageing taste buds... but having seen all the other recent reviews, I’m not actually going to place the bulk order I was intending to place today. Strikes me that VIP should address this issue before all the Triple Menthol fans all go elsewhere

Triple menthol has changed , it seems different , sometimes makes lips sore, also the bottles are much harder to squeeze , I struggle , so fustrating
