“I have used VIP for over 5 years. I have now changed to a supplier who doesn’t continually run out of stock. Your new liquid bottles are atrocious, stop changing designs just for the sake of it, go back to the original designs and flavours and you may get your customers back!”

“Don’t know what you have done to this flavour but it’s awful makes me cough every time I inhale it . I used to love this one used it for over 5 years . Debating returning them as I ordered 8 bottles and just can’t use them ..disgusting !!!”

“This is nowhere near as good as it used to be as I had read the other reviews and decided to buy 1 bottle to try from my local VIP shop, I won't be buying any more, I have gone to Vapeland and ordered their usa mix 18mg, which is much better.”

“I have used VIP for several years and vaped with USA Kentucky Tobacco E-liqiud happily. However your recent change to the formula is positively disgusting, goodness knows what you've done to it, but it's vile.”

“Omg why would u do this over 4 years if smoked USA KENTUCKY and you go and change the flavour now I carnt use it you should never of changed this I now can not find a new flavour please bring back the old flavour even if you keep new one it is disappointing that u would just do this”
