“I appreciate I am taking a risk when buying the jeans as I have not tried them on for size. Consequently, the jeans do not fit on arrival and therefore appreciate I have the chance to return the item. What I am not happy about is the cost of almost £15.00 for delivery and returning the goods. I have been advised by USC to send the parcel back registered post which cost £8.50 plus there was a delivery charge of £4.99 to get the parcel delivered to the store. I am not happy with these costs as this is the second time I am having to return an item. This is meant to be a sale item the completely defeats the object when delivering/retuning the item. I will be sending a formal complaint plus my receipt to get the costs reimbursed Thank you”

“The jeans are great - the 511 style is perfect for those who would like a more bum-hugging look. Honestly chaps, most of you have a great arse, why cover it up with REALLY unflattering baggy style when you could show it off with these great Levis. The reason I haven't marked it higher is because they were a bit big (my fault) so needed to return them for smaller size, and the effort was in incredibly annoying as I had to print off a return slip and a copy of the invoice. I don't have a printer so had to email these two documents elsewhere and beg someone to print them. ANNOYING!!!!!”

“I have still not received the item I ordered I got send a different product which I did not order! I have still not had a response for the customer service email about receiving the wrong product either!!!”
