“I have a lot and I mean a lot of unwanted Artex on my walls. I bought this first tub as a test. Pasted it on liberally, covered with plastic and left for 24 hours. It got most of it off but some areas require a second going over. It’s a very messy job, but made much easier with X-Tex. I’ll be ordering some more.”

“After reading some negative reviews i wasn't expecting great results but this has really helped get rid of my heavy artex on the walls of my hallway . There is still some effort involved but as long as you don't let it dry out your ok.”

“Good product, painted on Artex, covered with plastic dust sheet to prevent drying out overnight, scraped off effortlessly next day but artex had been applied on wallpaper so came off in sheets. highly recomend to prevent dust, but leave for good time, not so easy if direct to plaster.”

“X-Tex certainly helped remove the artex from my ceiling and reduced the debris through the moisture the gel generated. Trying to apply a decent coating across the whole ceiling was a slow process but the effort in doing this gave good results. A decent product.”

“This product saved me from a hugely laborious and boring few hours. The ceiling had 50 year old Artex and this removed it so quickly and mainly in one go - just a few small spots needed another application.”
