“Needed product urgently for healing Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Courier failed to deliver item and repeatedly sent it back and forth to the Depot twenty miles away over the course of a few days with which in that time, it had perished due to being a frozen item that needed to be delivered on the same day without fail, even if it meant leaving it with a neighbour, doorstep etc. The company made zero effort to communicate with the courier when I told them at the beginning of the problem. Instead now that it had defrosted I was told to consume the item within a month, instead of the regular six months through no fault of my own. It never got delivered in the end. Never have come across such apathy and disinterest in running a business.”

“The quality and taste of the broth is superb. It’s absolutely delicious in soups and stews. Customer service is excellent. We had an unfortunate delivery experience where the courier left the box outside our house, but didn’t tell us! When we discovered it the next day, some of the packets of broth had thawed. We informed customer service who responded quickly and offered to replace the items that had thawed.”
