“The storage boxes are just what I had been looking for a little bit expensive but good quality. I ordered four of the medium boxes which would be great for a specific place unfortunately with them being hand made they were no use they wouldn’t fit where I wanted them to go I was so disappointed . I had no idea the sizes would be so different on,y one box fit with the lid on its a lot of money to pay and be disappointed. My daughter rang up with my concern and said they were not bothered one bit and just said return them if not happy . It meant I would loose my original delivery charge and would have to pay 16.99 for each parcel going back . I had two so by the time I had finished it’s a total loss of 41 .00 pounds it’s crazy I haven’t got money to throw away like that . So my advice make sure your clear about this before making the wrong choice. Won’t be using this company again . My friends and family like the quality of the boxes but not the service so wouldn’t use them either there loss . Very disappointed customer I would of loved to have used the boxes in my original idea but unfortunately they need to be in different places .”

We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. There must have been some misunderstanding during your daughter's call to us: had we been informed that your boxes had ill-fitting lids and did not match each other in size we would have collected them free of charge and either replaced them with satisfactory ones or issued a full refund, according to your instructions.
