“This is the eighth wonder of the world - it really is, if you enjoy a drop of the amber nectar (well, chocolate coloured nectar). I could not believe how good, no stunning! it is; good does not come close. In fact I was bowled over. It has a genuine flavour of chocolate, but that does not overcome the sensation of it as a beer; it is sublimely smooth, rich and simply a wonder of the brewing art. I loved this beer, I really did. So much so that I wrote to the brewery with my first ever letter of commendation of any beer I had ever tried in all my 65 years trying quite a lot. Buy one and your next order will be for a dozen or two - as was mine. If there was a rating for ten stars rather than five, I'd give it ten!”
