“Good cost effective alternative to the FJR1300 or VFR1200, but unlike the old bandit 1200 the liquid cooling has added too much weight, its a leviathan and if parked the wrong way on a hill two people required to pull it back up! The engine is a peach pulls hard and linear in any gear from low revs & a pillion makes little difference to the performance. Unfortunately the pillion leg room is a little tight for such big heavy "sporty" good looking bike. Traded in for a CBF1000FA almost the same performance, lighter, comfy, more pillion room, bigger service intervals and definitely more nimble in town, with a tall screen fitted to the adjustable mounts, it suits me far far better than the GSX 1250.... much more of an allrounder.”
