Many thanks for your purchase and really sorry to hear the colour did not work for you. Because of the way our hair colours attach to the hair, without ammonia or peroxide, you need a very clean surface free of hair products and enough amount of hair colouring to cover the strands for best results covering the greys. On the very first application you need 2 tubes to cover the hair completely- this information is on the instructions. In a few cases, if you have very short and/or fine hair one tube might be enough. Regarding the shade, Light Ash Chestnut is a technical shade used to neutralize unwanted orange highlights. In a 50/50 blend with the Light Chestnut colouring emulsion, Light Ash Chestnut neutralises copper highlights. The result is a natural looking Chestnut without highlights. This information is on the product page. We are happy to give you some advice, perhaps a different shade would be more suitable. Please call us and we'll be happy to assist.
It did not cover my white hair ,and the colour have nothing to do with ash colour. Also one application can be enough for very short hair. Super unhappy I will buy that product never again Just waisted £30

Very pleased with light ash colouring emulsion. However, the product is let down badly because it is impossible to extract more than half of the product before the tube becomes blocked by what appears to be an air lock. I usually end up having to cut away the bottom of the tube. I am also disappointed packaging does not include ingredients.
