“The quality of the earphone seem good but the volume is not as loud as I thought it would be as my brother has apple earphones i I tried his and his are lifer than mine . My earphones also came in a plastic little bag instead of the box they normally come in”
“I have been a loyal customer for nearly 3 years now. I have absolutely no issue with the quality of the product. But the delivery you need to sort it out. E.g 7 days ago i bought headphones and they haven't arrived so i emailed you and was told that it got lost . Now i have to waite for it to be shipped again. Only god knows if it will arrive. Sort out the delivery then the sky is the limit because you are selling a high quality product for a reasonable price.”
