“The item was delivered to one of my neighbours but nobody told me! Nothing from the driver, no text or note through my door. The neighbour only just found it 2 weeks after it seems to have been delivered. The status was still showing as Shipped, not Delivered. Very poor control of consignments!!!”

“Slow on delivery, packing was very poor (negligible protection), item (apple keyboard) was damaged, Doohickey-Hut do not return calls, after a few attempts email was finally returned, Doohickey-Hut expect me to pay for returning the item - The irony is Doohickey-Hut make a point of telling you the ‘return’ packing of the item must be of good standard so as to not allow the item to be damaged.
I won’t use Doohickey-Hut again.”
