“I'm very disappointed with how the Raffles turned out. I was having a lot of trouble using the app to purchase the raffle tickets. and when I contacted a customer service representative through Facebook messenger they did not address my concern I had at all after the fact that the raffle tickets were to be purchased through the app only the customer service representative sent me a link to purchase said raffle tickets through the website. I'm even more upset because when I viewed the raffle video I did not see my name on the potential winners for the raffle. So not only do I feel like I wasted my money because I didn't even have a chance to win anything the customer service representative didn't even acknowledge my concern whatsoever.”

Good Afternoon Ernest, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, as per our conversation on messenger, please rest assured that the task to resolve the issue with the app is still at hand. We have reported it to the developers who are gathering evidence and working to solve the issue you encountered. With regards to the raffle draw, we are disappointed that you doubt the integrity of the completion. We can assure you that everyone who either purchased a raffle ticket or made an order that qualified them for tickets was entered. You were sent your raffle ticket numbers on Tuesday. For the purpose of time, we did not go through the 500+ ticket numbers on the live, as they have already been sent out.
