“Arrived missing several screws and despite emailing them twice and opening a case, I received no reply. Ended up at screwfix to replace the missing screws. Not a good company to deal with.”
“Again a great idea, which gives another great angle to the Segway, however it never arrived with the Segway, it took more than a week to receive which was a day late for my sons birthday, but by then the Segway was returned for a fault! So he still couldn't use it!, when I eventually managed to get both items the kart had bolts missing, I didn't bother to report this as was fed up with Ukswegway and just sorted it my self.”
