The product is well constructed and works extremely well as advertised. The installation was very hard for one person, but the result is worth it. It was extremely useful to watch the videos available online to back up the enclosed instructions!

The loft ladder was delivered promptly. Installation was easy, the operation of the loft ladder is unsafe and not possible by average height people. I installed this loft ladder at the maximum height 2.8m I am 6ft and could not safely fold the ladder up. The spring takes over in the process and makes folding it impossible. I attached a strap to the lower sections to help the process and this now works for me safely just. However my daughter who I installed this loft ladder for is 5’ 4”, she hasn’t got a chance of operating this loft ladder, she will need steps to stand on and quite frankly it will be too unsafe. I will do some engineering and try to make this usable. On the positive front the ladder is well built but not fit for purpose.
