Property is very nice, although disappointed that the cleaners were still there even though we arrived at 3.30pm, 30 mins after the 3pm check in time. The pictures are misleading as there are no sun loungers on the balcony and only 3 chairs, which for an apartment that can sleep 6 is not good enough.

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your feedback and for your 4* review. I am sorry that the cleaners were there when you arrived, we do always want to present the accommodation at the highest standard and on a rare occasion this may mean that our clean takes a little longer than anticipated. Thank you for pointing out about the outside furniture - we will follow this up with the owner and update our photos in the meantime. with best wishes The Quay Team

Very large apartment in excellent condition, lots of space for our family with teenagers. Easy walk into centre of Poole. Parking also good, near the door to the lift and with 2 spaces easy to access.

The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped, but we had a problem with the door codes. The pedestrian gate code by the garage door did not work, and the main pedestrian entrance had two different codes, on the two sets of keys, so on our first day when we took the smaller set of keys, we were unable to gain access to the building until a car used the garage gate and we were able to follow it into the building. Also it would have been very helpful to have been told that the rubbish bins were behind a closed door on the ground floor, instead of just in the communal area, which we thought was the garage.

Hi Maureen, Thank you for posting your review following your stay. There are various entrances into the development whether on foot or by car and we try to ensure all codes are given for whichever way people wish to enter, so we are sorry to hear that were unable to use this entrance. We will also update our details regarding where to find the bin store. We look forward to hopefully welcoming you back again soon. The Quay Team.
