“The weight on the retractable pipe is inadequate for purpose it doesn’t work. I tried the weight in quite a few positions as well. In order for me to get the head of the tap back in position I have to reach under the sink and pull on tbr retractable hose. This product is rubbish and I wouldn’t recommend it”

“Good value tap and comes complete with tails so in our situation very straightforward to install. Replaced a horrible non-aerated flow tap that splashed everywhere. The tap does actually feel well made. The only flaw is that the weight that should make the spout return into the tap isn't heavy enough to overcome the resistance, so without reaching under the sink it won't go back to the normal position. I'm going to try adding an additional weight. The instructions with the tap were for a different model but fortunately it isn't difficult to work out.”
