“The finishing of the wood at certain joint areas was not satisfactory. We have returned the chairs and have confirmation that you have received them back at the warehouse. However 9 days later and have still NOT received our refund!!! I understand it can take up to 14 days but that seems lazy on your part and absolutely unnecessary! Your competitors are more reliable in that sense.”
