Hi Paul, I am sorry to hear about your experience shopping with us. The seller in question did indeed have some issues with stock due to logistical problems surrounding COVID-19 but we did try and keep you updated at all times about these delays. As we provide free shipping for orders though, in the unlikely event that you do not want to keep the item we do confirm in our Terms available on the website that the cost of returns are covered by the customer.
