They stopped working after 36 hours and after returning them in August I have still not received my refund.

One of the earbuds are not showing charging and working well and when I tried to charge the earbuds case with the earbuds only one of them shows a red light. And one of the earbuds work But I want both of them to work what do I do Can you please help me or can I send them back to you for repairing.

These earbuds are dangerous. My daughter had pains and blocked ear for all these weeks and we had no idea why. Took her to private ear syringing assuming it's from wax. However they found a metal piece from the earbuds that was stuck inside her ear! This could have perforated her eardrums. These need to be banned

Only the right ear bud works, I’ve tried charging them and everything and the left one cuts out each time. I have tried emailing to sort this problem out and got no response. Waste of time and money.
