“My order was never processed properly. A week after my mattress was supposed to be delivered, they admitted they'd lost my internet order. They issued a refund, but insist on spamming me with requests for reviews. This in itself gives you an idea of how bad their customer service really is - I'm not a customer, they didn't send me anything I bought, and I never will be a customer.”

“Not about the mattress about the service. I understand we are in a pandemic but I ordered a mattress which was wrong you kindly changed it and refunded the different which was amazing but for a week it didn’t show up. When I then rang you 3 days in a row you said you don’t understand what taking so long it’s going to be dispatched tomorrow every time.. the final time I rang up I was told the mattress still had been dispatched and wasn’t coming any time soon so I had to cancel and wait for a refund, very poor service”
