“Hi. First of all I want to say it is a well made item but does not get 5 stars due to the following 1. Nearly all cut ends of the cage have sharp burrs which I had to smooth off. 2. The tray is a good steel item but the folded edges not finished correctly and one edge had very sharp burr...I guess from when the sheet was cut. I had to smooth this edge and make good the folded edges. This should not be the case as could easily hurt the animal in the cage or person using the cage especially as some of the cage sharp points where at the doors. I seriously think you need to speak to your supplier as regards this as it has been mentioned previously. Regards. Paul and Julie”
