“I would have absolutely loved to have receive this grill pan, but WRONG ITEM SENT, a wok...! Sorry guys, but you had enough chances to rectify the problem... Yes ...a returns label emailed but not made clear it had a very short 'shelf life' ...1 day! Thankfully realised just in time b4 walking with arthritic knees to Post Office, where it would've been turned away! On my phoning (on my bill ) yet again...told closing up for day...2nd label arriving after weekend! 2nd label never appeared after being promised one...! Will resign myself to keeping WOK to use later after present one is defunct. But bad memories associated with it may lead to sending it to charity shop...! Never in my life have I had to give a BAD REVIEW such as this... I am sorry it had to come to this...”
