“It's Brinsea, what more can I say? it does what it says in the brochure. However, regrettably the service was poor, I paid for 'Next Day' delivery, and it took the company 3 days to dispatch, and they also chose to ignore my messages relating to this. Good product, poor customer satisfaction.”

“The incubator is working well .. One small point , the incubator had to be throughly cleaned as the egg tray had a black dust over it , when it was unpacked . Otherwise all ok so far .”

“Bought this for my good wife & she absolutely loves it. The mats as a bonus a real treat. She said she will using it April/May. I have just bought her a brooder as well. She will be pleased also her new coop is on order so she will be in heaven this coming year. God bless her. Regards Neil Piper”

“Requested a refund No refund given, Incubator less than two months old only used once then broke, only repair offered as you get a warrantee with the product. Poor quality product in my opinion.”
