“Item was faulty with half the LEDs not working. The steady state of on all the time is the last selection on the sequence control so every time you switch it on you have to step through 7 changes to select this one. The outer sheath is clear so the individual LEDs can be seen rather than a red sheath as on previous types which gives a more continuous almost neon sign like appearance.”

Hi Alec, I am sorry that the rope light was faulty and can see that we refunded you in full after offering a replacement. Unfortunately, this rope light doesn't have a memory function and all our rope lights are manufactured with a clear casing.
