“Lenses are accurate to prescription, but glasses too small and pinch hard behind the ears. No sizes given on the website, and you have to pay to try them in advance and then post back. No returns once made to prescription. Other online opticians give accurate sizes and no quibble returns, so won't use this website again.”

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your glasses. Buying online makes it very difficult to fit a frame when you are several miles away, but if you contact us we can easily tell you how to rectify this. Unfortunately we have "lost" several frames to potential customers who have asked for frames on "appro" which is why we now charge. On return we do give a full credit less a postage charge. Should you wish to return your frame we are very happy to give you a refund less the cost of your lenses, as these are "bespoke" to your prescription.
