After receiving a pair of buds that were faulty I contacted the operator several times by e-mail. Despite some very poor reviews predicting doom, he eventually DID arrange for a replacement pair of buds which, while much better than the first, are still 'iffy'. You get what you pay for, so I can't complain any more as he kept to his word in replacing mine. Cheers Jacob A.”
