“At first glance my cotton pants look great. I need to tell you that I am not impressed on your packaging of your product. You are providing a lot more packaging then anyone needs. As well I do not need a Hanro folder with a return form and my invoice. As this should be an on-line option, not a printed on paper. I will be throwing it all in the garbage as I do not need to use it. Please think of how you can reduce you footprint on our planet. This could be a fabulous contest with Art students to create an elegant packaging using as little product as possible to send your customers their orders. Think of Hanro educating our youth the value with reduced packaging. Sincerely, Christopher”
