“This is my now my third time to reply and would really appreciate a response to my concern at this stage. Really poor folliw up. When the costume arrived there was one glove missing. One very upset child. Can you please forward a replacement ASAP. Initially I was very impressed with ordering,delivery & efficiency but follow up response when there is a problem extremely poor and dusappointing.”
